Talk to sales

From broken to fixed

One request in. Verified work out.

Every request follows the same path, and you can see where it stands at every step. Here's exactly what happens after you call or submit a request.

The process

Five steps. You approve every one that costs money.

  1. Submit a request

Use your portal or call us. Tell us what's wrong and add a photo if you have one.

  2. We triage it

We sort it as emergency, urgent or routine and confirm the details with you.

  3. Vendor & quote

We match a qualified vendor, compare quotes and send them to you to approve.

  4. Scheduled & done

We book the visit around your hours and follow up if anything slips.

  5. Verified & billed

Before and after photos, your sign-off, then one consolidated invoice.

FAQ

Frequently asked questions

What does Site Command actually do?

We manage maintenance and repairs for commercial facilities. We take your requests, find and vet the right vendor, collect and compare quotes, schedule the work, verify it's done with photos and bill you in one place. Independent licensed vendors perform the trade work.

Does the monthly service fee include repairs?

No. Your monthly service fee covers coordination and management of your maintenance. Vendor labor, parts and materials are quoted separately, and nothing is done without your approval. You see exactly what the vendor charged.

How much does it cost?

Business plans are priced by facility size, the services you need and how many locations you have, and we put your monthly fee in writing. Restaurant plans start at $399 per location per month. Property managers pay $99 per property per month, with 1 service request and 2 routine visits included (3-property minimum).

Is preventive maintenance included?

Yes. Every plan includes up to four preventive maintenance visits every six months, such as AC service, that don't count against your request allowance. Vendor labor and parts for that work are quoted separately.

Do you track and monitor our equipment?

Yes. We keep a record of each major asset's age, service history and repair spend, flag equipment that's due for replacement, and offer sensors that monitor fridge temperatures and water flow.

What areas do you serve?

Commercial facilities in Miami-Dade, Broward and Palm Beach counties, with plans to expand.

Can I keep vendors I already trust?

Yes. If they meet our license and insurance requirements, we bring them into the network and coordinate them alongside our other vendors.

How do emergencies work?

Our 24/7 emergency line is answered any hour, and emergencies are escalated to the first available qualified vendor right away. Response targets are written into your service agreement. For fire, gas leaks or injuries, call 911 first.

Is Site Command veteran-owned?

Yes. Site Command is a veteran-owned business based in South Florida.
